4. Pricing and Payment

The current price is AUD $149 (one-time payment). No subscription or recurring charges apply.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip.

Skillformed reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at support@skillformed.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted after 30 days. Refunds are not available for accounts found to have downloaded or copied substantial course content prior to requesting a refund.

6. Access and Licence

Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own personal or professional development.

These tools and any publicly available methodologies remain the property of their respective owners. Skillformed makes no claim of ownership over third-party tools, platforms, or public domain frameworks referenced within the course.

8. Disclaimer

The AI Operator System provides education and training. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. Skillformed does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Skillformed's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Skillformed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
